Creating & working with Requests

Requests are the sales records and can be converted into projects

  • You must have at least one request/project to convert a lead

  • One request will make it a prospect, one project will make the record a customer

How to access requests (two ways):

  • Go to Clients from the left menu, click on a client record

From the Request tab here you can access your projects tied to the client by clicking on Requests

You can create a new request by clicking on the “+” symbol here and create a new request

Note: in this view, if you have multiple sites, the requests will be tied to the individual site

  • The second way to access the requests is directly from the REQUESTS tab on the left menu

This will display all of your requests

Note at the top you will see:

  • All-all requests

  • New-new requests

  • Appointment scheduled

  • Appointment completed

  • Appointment overdue

You can click on any of these (above) to go directly to that group of requests

You can click on any title to the left to access the request record

You can filter your requests at the top

You can add filters by clicking on the funnel and using the menu to the right

You can also create new requests by clicking here to the right

Columns on the Requests page:
