Coperniq provides you with an easy way to export your records for additional reporting tasks and data use outside of Coperniq

Let's go ahead and unpack how to use Coperniq Support

1) How to access the exporting of records in Coperniq

On the left taskbar click on the down arrow next to your companies name:

Then, click on “Export Records”:

You will then see the Export Records tool:

2) Options for exporting records:

Record Type:

  • Accounts (Aka Clients)

  • Deals

  • Projects

Export method:

  • Date Range

  • Smart View (created smart views)

If Smart view is chosen you must choose an available smart view:

If date range is chosen you must choose a date range:

Hit “EXPORT” after you’ve chosen your parameters:

3) What you will receive in your export:

You will receive a .csv file that will save to your desktop or wherever you choose to save

You can also choose to name this file when saving

From here you can use this file in G-sheets, Excel or any program that accepts .csv files
