Smart Views in Coperniq let you create reusable datasets that you can define with what you want yourself or others as a view in Coperniq. They save you time from having to choose filters each time you need to review data.
Once you start setting up Smart Views you’ll see how easy it is to get back to what you specifically need to see in areas of Coperniq such as Clients, Request, and Projects
Let's go ahead and unpack how to create, view, save, and even export Smart Views

Ability to add Filters example: (click on Filters, + ADD FILTER will show to the right, click on this to see all filters available):
Depending what area you are in you will be presented with different filters
You can also change the columns for the best possible view for your needs:
Which will provide you with this menu: (You can search for a property by name in the search area)
For the above menu:
Left: A grouping of the data properties that will take you directly to that property area in the middle column
Middle: The more detailed area of the data property such as Financial and Work Order fields.
Right: The current columns in your view and your ability rearrange (6 dots, drag and drop) and remove a column (the X).
Once you have these set up to the data you want hit "Save" and then your Smartview will match what you have chosen here
