The Notications area in Coperniq is where you define what notifications occur, what types of notifications are received, and who receives them. Notifications are the heartbeat of keeping everyone informed of what’s occurring in Coperniq.
Once you're in the Noticiations area of Copernq you will see how easy it is to set up these rules and settings for your team.
Let's go ahead and unpack how the Notifications area works in Copermiq and what this ties to in Coperniq.
To access the Notifications area go to Workspace Setings>Notifications:
Then you will be on the Notifications menu:
2) Navigating in Notifications
To the right, you’ll see the sections for notification categories and can quickly can go directly to a section
To the left, you’ll see the sections and can scroll to another as needed
The “bell” symbol indicates a notification that is essential to Copeeniq and cannot be toggled off
The toggle allows you to toggle the specific notification type on and off for all users
3) Editing a Notification Type
When reviewing a Notification Type click “Edit” to the right
Note: Coperniq also suggests Key Members for each notification
Once you hit “EDIT” you’ll be presented with your options:
Areas in the Notification editing tool:
Type of Delivery Method:
Email-Your email assigned to your Coperniq account
Push-Pushes a notification to the Coperniq app on your phone
SMS-Sends a text message to your phone number tied to your Coperniq account
Key Members: (will show in Properties on a Project record)
Owner-Owner of the Project
Project Manager-Project Manager of the Project
Sales Rep-Sales Rep tied to the Project
Roles-These are the defined roles you created in Coperniq “Roles”
Examples are:
Admin, Manager, Worker, Sales
Roles can be found in Workspace Settings>User Management>Roles
Teams-These are the defined teams you created in Coperniq “Teams”
Examples are:
Team Ecuador, Team FL
Teams can be found in Workspace Settings>User Management>Teams
Note: Coperniq suggests informing your internal team if you make any changes to Notifications
