The Project area is where you will view all of your Projects. The Project page provides an easy way to see all current projects and easily access and update.
Once you're on the Projects page you’ll see how easy it is to review and update your projects
Let's go ahead and unpack how to access, review and update projects
1) Accessing Projects
Under Clients>Sites>Projects:
When you click on the Projects tab you will see all projects tied to that site:
Then you can click on the project name to access the project:
Another way to access projects is to go directly to the Projects tab to the left:
Here you will have access to all your projects and search/filtering capabilities to narrow down to what you are specifically looking for:
To access the project here, you would click on the name of the project:
Then you will have access to all the project information:
2) Sections in the Projects record
Stages of the Project: (top bar)
Adding a New Project: (upper right)
When you click on (+ PROJECT) this form will appear to create a new project. Fill this out and hit CREATE to save the new project.
Properties (basic record information):
In order to edit Properties on the Project click here:
This will give you access to edit the Properties in the record:
Reminders (Tasks) - You can create new here
Once you click on (+REMINDER) you will have access to create a new reminder
Work-work orders listed with the Project:
In order to go into all work orders under all stages for the project click the right arrow in the upper right of the Work area:
This will take you to the detailed page of all of the work orders:
In here you can access all the individual work orders for updates, create a new work order and update the stage of the Project:
Docs (documents) - You can access files attached to the project and add a new file:
(Note: this area shows first three files, click on the right arrow to access all files)
Stakeholders (contacts, owner, and members) - You can add stakeholders here:
Note: Stakeholders include contacts (outside company) and owners and members (internal staff attached to project)
To add an additional stakeholder click (+STAKEHOLDER) and you will be provided this area to add a stakeholder:
Financials-track your Bill of Services/Materials:
Note: use the arrow to the right to add
View of where to view/add Bill of Services/Materials:
In order to update click on
Accounting (keep track of Invoices and Bills here)
Add using the provided +INVOICE and +BILL buttons
New Invoice record:
New Bill record:
Also, you will have access to the FEED of what’s going on with the project to the right.
You can also create new SMS messages, and email to the Contacts and Workspace members.
Plus, a comment section to add comments:
