Why manage your Products & Services Catalog with Coperniq?

By bringing your Products & Services into Coperniq, you can more easily manage your inventory & price-book, including unit costs, prices, SKUs, & descriptions.

Understanding Project Financials will equip your Project Managers with detailed revenue & cost data, unlocking better decision-making regarding Project scoping, budgeting, and resourcing.

By integrating your Catalog, you gain a unified view of your business, from high-level Product and service strategy to day-to-day operations. The centralized data and analytics can help drive profitability and efficiency across your Company.

Products & Services Catalog

In order to access the Products and Services area go to Workspace Settings>Data>Catalog

You will access your Products and Services by the middle column or using the Seach tool:

Coperniq provides the categories for your Product and Services, just choose and can begin to add the product or service to the catalog on your site.

Example Product filled out (hit "Save" when done):

Coperniq also provides an "Other" category if you can't find one to suit your needs;

Tracking Project Financials

In order to access the Project Financials area open a Project and scroll to this area on the project:

To add a Product or Service click on the > in the Financials area (this will take you here):

To add a Bill of Materials or a Bill of Services click on Edit Contract:

Adding a Bill of Materials: (start typing anything from your catalog) Then you can add/edit Description, Quantity, Cost, and Price.

Integrating Project Financials with 3rd Party Tools

Coperniq can integrate with third-party tools for financials (such as Quickbooks) and product catalogs (such as Aurora and SolarGraf), Just ask our team and we'll be glad to assist with this to make your life easier.
