The Coperniq Support area provides you with a seamless way to contact our support team for questions, issues, and design requests within Coperniq

This area will allow you to submit, check status and updates, and respond to open cases

Let's go ahead and unpack how to use Coperniq Support

1) Why use Coperniq Support?

  • It creates a case record for us to have a history on your issues

  • There is a form that comes with a new case where you can give us the important information we need

  • We are able to assign the cases to the right person internally

  • We can continue the conversation with you on the case

  • All 's needed will have visibility to the case

  • And.. the most important is it will not be in someone' inbox with 50 other emails

3) What’s available to me in Coperniq Support?

This is the form you will receive to fill out (the more details the better we can understand your issue/question

Once you are done click here to submit the ticket

This will then route to our team to address for you

Another tool in Coperniq Support is the Feature Request tool. You can add requested features you’d like for our team to review and other Coperniq users even vote on them as one they would like added.

Another tool in Coperniq Support is the Send a Message tool, where you can send our team a direct message (please note creating a tickets is always the fastest and nest way to get a response)
