Create a Project

Overview

You can create a project in Coperniq using two methods:

  • Directly from a client’s profile

  • From the Projects section in the left-hand menu bar

Both methods guide you through the same required fields and setup process.

Method 1: From the Client Profile

Steps to Create:

  • Navigate to Clients section from the left-hand menu

  • Search for and open the client profile

  • Select the Site you want to add the project to, then click the + button under the Overview section.

  • From the dropdown, select Create Project

  • Fill in all required fields

  • Click Create

Method 2: From the Projects Page

Steps to Create:

  • Navigate to Projects section from the left-hand menu

  • Click + Project in the top-right corner

  • Complete all required fields

  • Click Create

Best Practices

  • Ensure you’ve selected the correct client and site to avoid duplicate records

  • Use consistent naming conventions for easier tracking

  • Add key project details right away to keep your pipeline organized
