What is the Trades dropdown menu in Projects?

When creating a Request or Project, you have the option to select which Trades are applicable to that Request or Project.

• The Trades Property is designed to categorize Projects based on the type of asset being worked on (e.g., solar array, battery, water filtration system)

• Use Workflows to specify the type of work being performed on that asset

For example:

• For battery servicing: use "Storage" as the Trade and "Service" as the Workflow

• For solar panel maintenance: use "Solar" as the Trade and "Service" as the Workflow

• For solar panel + battery install: use "Solar" and "Storage" as the Trades and "Residential Solar Install" as the Workflow
