Smart Views Not Visible? How to Fix Display Issues

If you're unable to see Smart Views in your dashboard, this is typically caused by screen resolution or zoom settings. Here's how to resolve this common display issue.
Quick Fix
The SmartView might be on a hub that's not currently on your screen. You may try scrolling down to see all the hubs

If you cannot see Smart Views in the left-hand dashboard, try zooming out in your browser
Windows/Linux: Press Ctrl and - (minus)
Mac: Press Command and - (minus)
Alternatively, reduce your display scaling settings if you're currently using a magnified view (e.g., 150%)
Common Symptoms
Smart Views section appears empty in the left sidebar
Unable to see any Smart Views under the hub section
Cannot access previously visible Smart Views
Additional Troubleshooting
If adjusting your zoom level doesn't resolve the issue:
Try logging out and logging back in
Clear your browser cache in your browser settings
Verify you have the correct permissions to access the Smart Views (certain SmartViews are shared for everyone while others are made private
Check with your administrator to ensure you're assigned to the appropriate Smart Views
Note: After adjusting zoom levels, you may need to find a balance between visibility of Smart Views and comfortable reading size for other content.
